Return Policy

This Return Policy is mentioned in the Iberbox Terms of Service available at our terms of service. It will affect you if you are an Iberbox user who has taken out a subscription to enjoy the services provided by Iberbox.

Iberbox provides a single trial period of use of the platform and all its services free of charge. After the end of this free period, a paid subscription will be required to continue enjoying Iberbox services.

Iberbox does not offer the possibility of obtaining refunds on subscriptions already made. However, it is possible to cancel the subscription so that no future payments are made from that moment onwards, concluding access to Iberbox services at the end of the period already paid for.
